Refund & Returns Policy

We want your experience with us to be smooth, transparent, and trustworthy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Returns Policy ensures a simple and hassle-free process.
This policy applies to all purchases made through dtms.co.in.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.
- All tags, labels, packaging, and invoices are intact.
- The product is not damaged or altered by the customer.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene or customization reasons:
- Customized or special-made products
- Tailored fittings or corporate dress orders made on request
- Used, washed, or damaged garments
- Innerwear, socks, and hygiene-sensitive accessories
- Clearance / Sale / Discounted items
- Bulk order products (unless defective)
3. Conditions Where Returns May Be Accepted
A return is accepted in the following situations:
- Wrong product delivered
- Wrong size delivered
- Manufacturing defect
- Damaged item received (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)
- Missing items from the order
Note: We may request clear images or videos of the damaged/wrong item for verification.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Step 1 – Contact Us

- Order ID
- Registered phone number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos/videos if required
Step 2 – Approval
Our team will review your request and confirm whether the item is eligible for return.
Step 3 – Pickup / Self-Shipping
- Pickup will be arranged if available in your location.
- If pickup is not available, you may need to self-ship the product to our warehouse address.
Return shipping cost may apply based on the reason for return.
Step 4 – Quality Check
Once the product reaches us, it undergoes inspection:
- If approved → Refund/Exchange will be processed
- If rejected → The customer will be notified and item may be shipped back
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only after the product passes quality verification.
Refund Method
Refunds may be processed to:
- UPI (PhonePe / Google Pay)
- Bank Transfer
- Original payment mode
Refund Timeline
- After product approval, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The bank/payment provider may take additional time for reflection.
Refund Not Possible If:
- Product fails quality check
- Product is used or damaged by the customer
- Original packaging or tags are missing
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues
- Product defects
- Wrong item received
Exchange depends on availability of stock.
If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue a refund or provide an alternative option.
7. Order Cancellation
Before Shipping
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After Shipping
- Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
- You may request a return after delivery.
8. Bulk Orders (Special Terms)
Bulk orders are processed differently due to quantity and customization:
- Returns are allowed only if the goods are defective or incorrect.
- No return for size issues or preference changes in bulk orders.
- For corporate dress or customized bulk designs, returns are not accepted unless damaged.
9. Damaged or Defective Product Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Report it within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos/videos showing the issue.
- Delayed reports may not be eligible for claims.
10. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong product/defect) → Free return
- If the return is due to customer preference → Shipping charges may apply
